LINDSEY GABRIEL

I want to help you stop living on autopilot and start living with intention.

Hi, I’m Lindsey — a therapist, a realist, and someone who believes real healing starts with real honesty.

I specialize in working with professionals, high-achievers, and couples who look like they have it all together from the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside. Whether you’re navigating burnout, perfectionism, big emotions, or relationship struggles, my approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 13 years as a Certified Public Accountant. I know what it’s like to live in high-pressure environments where the bar is always rising. That experience shaped how I show up in this work: grounded, practical, and unafraid to go deep.

I’m also a mom of four, which means I understand the beauty and the chaos of everyday life — and how hard it can be to care for yourself in the midst of it. I bring that lived experience into the room with empathy and no pretense.

I’m trained in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR, and I’m also a certified Life Coach and Holistic Health Coach. I integrate these tools to support whole-person growth — helping clients understand their patterns, reclaim their energy, and make meaningful change that lasts.

After years in group practice, I opened Lindsey Gabriel Therapy to create a space where therapy feels like a conversation — not a diagnosis. My office is just next door to where I used to practice, but the energy here is completely my own: calm, clear, and client-centered.

If you’re ready for honest reflection, grounded support, and a path forward, I’d love to work with you….

The Heart Behind The Work.

I do this work because I know what it’s like to live a life that looks good on paper but feels misaligned underneath. I’ve sat in the overwhelm, the striving, the disconnect — and I’ve done the work to come out the other side. Helping others do the same isn’t just meaningful to me — it’s personal….

I work best with clients who are ready to show up honestly — even if they don’t have it all figured out (and who does?). You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be open. If you’re willing to reflect, experiment, and stretch yourself, we’ll work well together.

MY APPROACH

Therapy with me is warm, honest, and forward-moving.

You won’t find vague nodding or endless “how does that make you feel?” loops here.

I believe that real growth comes from insight and action — from understanding your patterns and having the tools to shift them. I bring a blend of EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and coaching into the room to help you work through what's holding you back and move toward the life you actually want.

You can expect me to:

  • Ask bold questions and hold space for bold answers

  • Gently challenge the beliefs that are keeping you stuck

  • Help you reconnect with the parts of yourself you've pushed aside

  • Offer practical tools and strategies tailored to your goals

  • Support you through the uncomfortable — and celebrate your wins

We’ll work at a pace that’s right for you, but we won’t stay stagnant. This is a collaborative process, and I’ll show up with both compassion and clarity.

If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start moving forward, I'm here for it.
